About the Job:

Location: New Delhi

Position:BusinessManager

Experience: 4-6 years of full time experience inbusinessdevelopment or partnerships, preferably in lending industry

Qualification: Master's degree inBusinessAdministration or equivalent

Preferred Industry: Investment Banking, FinTech, PropTech, Commercial Real Estate

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between brands and internal teams to facilitate investments
  • Manage all current partnerships and build new strategicbusinesspartnerships
  • Outstanding problem-solving & decision making skills
  • Present and communicate effectively with CXOs/Founders of mid to late-stage companies
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand financial spreadsheets
  • Generate new brand leads, identify founders, and develop a robust top-of-the-funnel
  • Excellent Interpersonal & organizational skills
  • High attention to detail & time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities

What are we looking for

  • 4-6 years of full-time experience inbusinessdevelopment or partnerships, preferably within the lending industry
  • A proven track record of liaising with companies/clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
  • A product mindset and experience inmanagingsales funnels
  • Solution oriented approach
