About the Company
The Business Manager – Kraftline (Modular Kitchen) is responsible for driving business growth, managing sales operations, overseeing design coordination, ensuring project execution, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role involves leading the modular kitchen business from lead generation to project completion while achieving sales targets and maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Generate and convert leads for modular kitchen and interior solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement analysis.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Develop business through referrals, channel partners, architects, builders, and walk-in customers.
- Client Relationship Management
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales and execution cycle.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Design Coordination
- Coordinate with the design team for preparation of layouts and 3D designs.
- Review designs to ensure they meet customer requirements and company standards.
- Guide customers in selecting materials, finishes, accessories, and appliances.
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate with production, procurement, installation, and execution teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Resolve project-related issues to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage of the project.
- Team Management
- Lead and motivate the sales and design team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide guidance to improve productivity.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members when required.
- Business Operations
- Maintain accurate sales records, project updates, and MIS reports.
- Monitor inventory requirements in coordination with procurement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Financial Responsibilities
- Monitor project profitability and cost control.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Meet revenue and gross margin targets.
- Compliance & Administration
- Ensure all documentation is complete before project execution.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
