Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and lead a team of Financial Advisors and Digital Partners (DPs) to success.
  • Complete Life Cycle Management: Oversee the entire journey of DPs, from motivation and training to NISM qualification and continuous support. Drive necessary process changes for optimal results.
  • Boost Productivity: Enhance production and productivity through effective knowledge transfer, ensuring increased wallet share.
  • Communicate Value: Skillfully convey the value proposition of our platform and facilitate structured deals.
  • Local Marketing: Execute local marketing campaigns to amplify our presence.
  • Revenue Targets: Strive to achieve revenue targets set by the company.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with AMC offices for training and campaign support.
  • Cross-Functional Cooperation: Work with cross-functional teams, including Insurance Sales and Operations, to achieve penetration and cross-selling objectives.
  • Ethical Practices: Uphold the highest standards of business ethics and hygiene.
  • Company Alignment: Understand and align with company policies for consistent performance.
