Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager based in Delhi. The Business Manager will oversee operations, develop strategies to optimize business performance, lead teams to achieve organizational goals, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners. The role involves financial management, resource planning, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations. The Business Manager is expected to provide strategic insights to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in business operations management, strategic planning, and decision-making
• Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on financial management and resource allocation
• Leadership and team management abilities to drive performance and achieve goals
• Knowledge of the construction and mining equipment industry is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in a management role is highly desirable
