Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Manager based in Gurugram. The Area Business Manager will oversee sales operations, manage a team of sales professionals, and strategize to achieve sales targets within their region. Daily responsibilities include building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and ensuring the execution of marketing and promotional strategies. The role entails frequent interactions with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of regional market dynamics, sales planning, and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability in team leadership, performance management, and training of sales teams.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven approach with proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and travel within the assigned region as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the dermatology industry is a plus.
