This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Business Manager. The Business Manager will oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing and branding strategies. Responsibilities include budget management, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and align with client expectations.

• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage multiple clients and teams effectively.
• Proficiency in marketing, branding, digital marketing, and content creation strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to maintain client relationships and lead teams successfully.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize operational efficiency and achieve business growth.
• Keen understanding of and experience with tools for project tracking, analytics, and marketing optimization.
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Experience in advertising or a related industry is preferred.
