Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations and internal workflows
- Work closely with leadership on planning, execution, and business strategy
- Oversee multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and ensure operational efficiency
- Create, document, and optimize SOPs and business processes
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication, accountability, and timely execution across teams
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of total professional experience (mandatory)
- No career gap exceeding 2 months is allowed at any stage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience managing remote or cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
