Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented and leadership-driven Team Lead – Business Development to lead and guide the sales team towards achieving business growth and revenue targets.

This role focuses heavily on team direction, sales strategy execution, performance monitoring, and revenue contribution.
As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in managing the business development process from lead generation to successful deal closures while ensuring the team achieves its goals effectively.
