  • orm.Manage a lean, cross-functional business leadership team covering Supplier Ops, Procurement, Enterprise Partnerships, and Growth Market
  • ing.Design and oversee outsourced operational models (agencies) to scale supply acquisition, profile enrichment, and demand processing efficien
  • tly.Drive alignment between the Business pods and the Engineering/AI pods to ensure platform capabilities map to market ne

  • Have:
    8+ years of experience in business leadership, operations, or GM roles, ideally within enterprise SaaS, B2B marketplaces, or tech-enabled oper
  • ations.Proven experience building and scaling lean operations using outsourced partners and auto
  • mation.Strong cross-functional leadership skills; ability to align sales, marketing, operations, and product engin
  • eering.Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B go-to-market motions and enterprise sales
  • cycles.High operational rigor and a bias toward data-driven decision-

making.
