Job Description

3AI, India's largest platform & marketplace for GCCs & AI is seeking a stellar professional to serve as Lead - Sales and Business Development.

 

We are looking for a proven and progressive sales professional with 12–15 years of credible experience in field and outbound sales, preferably in B2B, enterprise, ecosystem or partnership-driven environments. The ideal candidate should possess a strong bias for action, a results-oriented mindset,and a demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes through structured outreach and relationship-building efforts.

The individual will be responsible for scaling the reach, influence, and engagement footprint of 3AI across the external ecosystem, with a particular focus on Global Capability Centers (GCCs), enterprises, technology organizations, and industry stakeholders. This role requires a proactive hunter mindset, exceptional networking capabilities, and the ability to engage senior decision-makers, create opportunities and convert them into long-term strategic relationships and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Drive outbound business development efforts to identify, engage, and convert new corporate prospects, sponsors, partners, and clients.
  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, stakeholder engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, business leaders, GCC heads, technology leaders, and key decision-makers across target organizations.

Desired Profile:

  • Proven track record in outbound sales, business development, sponsorship sales, partnership development, or enterprise account acquisition.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented professional with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to work independently in a growth-focused environment.
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership and decision-makers across enterprises and technology ecosystems is highly desirable.
