Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business units.
Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
Oversee employee engagement programs to ensure a motivated and productive workforce.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with policies.
Lead HR transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies.
Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements to drive organisational performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

A strong educational background in human resources from IIMs/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI and other top tier institutions
Proven expertise in HR business partnering, particularly within the product tech space with experience of 15 years or more.
A comprehensive understanding of talent management and organisational development.
The ability to lead HR initiatives with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
