  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business units.

  • Oversee employee engagement programs to ensure a motivated and productive workforce.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Lead HR transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies.
  • Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements to drive organisational performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • A strong educational background in human resources from IIMs/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI and other top tier institutions
  • Proven expertise in HR business partnering, particularly within the product tech space with experience of 15 years or more.
  • A comprehensive understanding of talent management and organisational development.
  • The ability to lead HR initiatives with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
