As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Regional Sales Manager for our Medtech Solution domain to join our family.
What Your Role Entails
Holds overall responsibility for driving revenue and achieving business objectives within the assigned region. The role includes active participation in fiscal planning and full ownership of the region's Profit & Loss (P&L).
The incumbent is responsible for retaining the existing customer base while identifying, acquiring, and converting new customers into long-term strategic relationships. They play a key role in regional and market development, ensuring sustained business growth.
The role carries end-to-end accountability for the profitability of the healthcare product portfolio, including advanced diagnostic solutions such as MRI and CT scanners.
What You'll Do
- Team Leadership & Target Achievement: The role involves guiding and mentoring all team members by setting clear revenue targets and ensuring consistent support to help them achieve defined objectives. It focuses on building accountability, driving performance, and fostering a high-performance culture across the team.
- Business Strategy & Market Development: Responsible for formulating effective business strategies for the region, including driving new initiatives for market and territory expansion. This includes identifying new applications, exploring untapped opportunities, and strengthening overall market coverage to accelerate business growth.
- Execution Planning & Financial Management: Develop detailed action plans aligned with strategic goals, ensuring clear timelines and measurable outcomes. The role also emphasizes efficient financial management through cost optimization strategies and other initiatives aimed at maximizing organizational profitability. Active engagement with customers and internal stakeholders is required to pilot ideas and validate proof of concepts.
- Product Positioning & Sales Enablement: Oversee product positioning and the development of compelling value propositions and marketing collateral. Conduct training programs for the sales team and ensure smooth transition of products from launch to business-as-usual operations, enabling sustained sales effectiveness.
- Collaboration, Team Development & Performance: Work closely with business heads and stakeholders to identify product gaps and evolving customer needs, ensuring market-aligned strategies and customer satisfaction, while leading Sales and Service Engineers through target setting, performance enhancement, and continuous improvement in line with corporate values and ethics.
Your success is grounded in
- Educational Background: You should hold B.E/ Diploma/MBA
- Experience: A proven track record of 9-15 years in Sales and Team management and a passion for CT/MRI machinery is essential.
- Technical Acumen: Your ability to understand technical aspects quickly will set you apart & Close monitor and drive key growth initiatives in each line of products & services
- Problem Solver: Proactively identifies business, market, and operational challenges and drives structured resolution
- Industry Insight: Experience with MRI & CT Scanner is mandatory also Imaging background candidate.
- Effective Communicator: We need a strong negotiator and communicator who can build rapport and influence decisions
Where you'll be
This role is based in Delhi, India and will involve handling the entire Northern region.
