MBA/PGDM in HR from a Tier-1 possibly or Tier-2 B-School (mandatory).
12-15 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
Experience working in dynamic, growth-oriented, multi-location organizations exposure to infrastructure / energy / manufacturing sectors preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and ability to work with senior leadership.
Structured, process-oriented, and data-driven working style.
