Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Head to lead our business growth initiatives and drive high-value corporate interior projects across India. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connects, especially with facility heads, project heads, IPCs, and top real estate developers, and a proven track record in driving large-scale business opportunities in the corporate office interiors domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A male or female professional with a vast network and proven business generation experience in one or more of the following segments:
- MNC (IT/ITES) sector connections with Facility or Project Heads
- Top builders developing IT spaces or IT Parks (Sales Heads or Key Account Managers)
- International Property Consultants (IPC) such as JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, Knight Frank, etc.
- Leading real estate brokers handling large office space deals (5,000 sq. ft. and above)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in corporate interiors and turnkey projects.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with corporate clients, IPCs, real estate brokers, and developers.
- Drive the end-to-end business acquisition processfrom lead identification to project closure.
- Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to align client requirements with client's offerings.
- Prepare and review business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop and achieve annual business targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Represent client at industry forums, events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Regularly track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, corporate interiors, or real estate (commercial segment).
- Strong network and connects within the corporate and property consulting ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of corporate real estate and office interior design trends.
- Proven ability to achieve high-value business targets (30 Cr+ per annum).
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of leading business independently.
