Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties:

Principle responsibility of candidate for Business Development. It includes the following tasks:

Lead generation: Targeting commercial real estate industry which includes real estate consultants, international property consultants (IPC), developers-builders.

Targeting top level management responsible for company's expansion. Admin & Operation managers who play an important role in shortlisting of properties (Commercial office premises).

Expert in online lead generation.

Initiating dialogue by calling, taking up appointment and giving profile presentation

Doing follow-ups at regular intervals via calls, messages, emails etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
  • Knowledge in the field of Interior designing (Corporate offices)
  • Good command in English, Hindi, Marathi languages.
  • Well versed with MS Office
  • Payments will be a combination of Monthlyremunerationandincentive plan
