P&L; Management: Own and manage the division's P&L;, ensuring profitability through effective budgeting, financial monitoring, and cost control.
Operations Leadership: Oversee daily operations including manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and production planning. Ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality standards.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and expand market presence in railway and metro sectors.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead recruitment, training, and performance management. Build and mentor a high-performing team.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and prepare performance reports for senior management.
Technical & Quality Oversight: Ensure QA/QC systems, testing procedures, and compliance with railway safety and certification standards.
Key Skills Required
Experience: 12–15 years in Railway Rolling Stock or related industry with leadership experience.
Education: Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial); MBA preferred.
