We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead multi-territory sales operations, accelerate market penetration, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This leadership role is critical in strengthening retailer networks, ensuring efficient inventory movement, and maintaining strict control over receivables while upholding strong governance and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Drive overall sales performance to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Expand and strengthen retailer and distributor networks for deeper market penetration
- Identify new business opportunities, high-growth markets, and product segments
Revenue Achievement & Receivables Control
- Ensure NIL or minimal provisions through robust credit control and collections
- Partner with finance teams to manage receivables, credit limits, and outstanding balances
Sales Operations & Inventory Alignment
- Drive strong secondary sales to optimize stock rotation at distributor and retailer levels
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to align forecasts with inventory planning
Sales Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional, branch, and field sales teams
- Define targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
- Conduct performance reviews, market visits, and joint customer calls
- Identify training needs and build capabilities in selling skills, product knowledge, and collections
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory norms, and ethical business practices
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and management dashboards
