Role Overview
The Business Head Animal Nutrition Raw Materials will own end-to-end P&L responsibility for the animal nutrition vertical. The role will focus on identifying product opportunities for Scimplify,, building sourcing capabilities, developing global and domestic sales channels, and scaling a sustainable, high-margin business in ingredients used for animal nutrition/ Feed.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end growth of the Animal Nutrition business with full P&L responsibility
- Develop and scale new domestic and international markets for feed and nutrition ingredients
- Lead global sourcing and supplier development for feed raw materials.
- Drive sales strategy, key account management, and revenue growth across customer segments.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and supply agreements.
- Manage margins, working capital, inventory, and credit risk.
- Track global price trends, supply risks, and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with quality, regulatory, logistics, and finance teams.
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales and BD team over time.
- 10+ years experience in Sales of animal nutrition ingredients / feed raw materials
- Strong exposure to both sourcing and sales; global market experience preferred.
