We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Head to lead business growth, revenue generation, sales strategy, and team management for the Mumbai region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive overall business operations and revenue growth for the assigned region
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business expansion plans
- Manage, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams to achieve targets
- Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key stakeholders
- Identify new market opportunities and drive customer acquisition initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve business performance
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and seamless sales processes
- Work closely with leadership teams on forecasting, budgeting, and growth planning
- Drive operational excellence and performance management across teams
- Maintain strong MIS reporting and business analytics for leadership reviews
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in business leadership, sales management, or regional head roles
- Strong exposure to Real Estate, Property Advisory, PropTech, or allied industries preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-revenue portfolios and large teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Background
- Experience in Real Estate / PropTech / Channel Sales / Luxury Sales
- Strong network within the Mumbai real estate market will be an added advantage
- MBA preferred
