Blaze is building the next-generation live streaming and creator monetization platform for India. We enable creators to go live, engage with their audience, and earn through virtual gifting, subscriptions, and interactive experiences. Our mission is simple: empower creators to build sustainable income streams while delivering engaging real-time content to millions of users.

We are at an early but high-growth stage and are looking for a Business Head to drive revenue, scale creator supply, and build a category-defining business.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Head – Growth & Revenue who will own Blaze's business outcomes end-to-end — including creator acquisition, monetization, user growth, and revenue scale-up.

This is a high-impact leadership role working closely with the founders to define and execute the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Monetization Ownership

  • Own and drive revenue targets (gifting, coins, subscriptions, etc.)
  • Build and optimize monetization funnels (viewer → spender → repeat spender)
  • Design pricing strategies, campaigns, and incentives to maximize ARPU

2. Creator Supply Growth

  • Build and scale a high-quality creator ecosystem (hosts, influencers, agencies)
  • Design onboarding frameworks (fixed pay, incentives, performance models)
  • Drive creator retention, engagement, and earnings growth

3. Growth & User Acquisition

  • Define and execute user growth strategy across organic and paid channels
  • Drive installs, activations, and retention through performance marketing + creator-led growth
  • Optimize funnels (install → first live → engagement → monetization)

4. Partnerships & Agency Network

  • Build and manage partnerships with creator agencies, talent managers, and networks
  • Develop scalable supply-side acquisition channels

5. Analytics & Experimentation

  • Own key metrics: DAU, retention, ARPU, conversion rates, creator earnings
  • Set up dashboards, run experiments, and iterate rapidly on growth levers
  • Use data to drive decision-making across product and business

6. Team Building

  • Hire and lead teams across growth, creator management, and operations
  • Build a performance-driven culture aligned with aggressive growth targets

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in consumer internet / creator economy / gaming / social platforms
  • Strong experience in growth, monetization, or marketplace businesses
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue and user base
  • Deep understanding of creator ecosystems, live streaming, or UGC platforms
  • High ownership mindset — comfortable operating in 0→1 and 1→10 environments
  • Strong analytical and execution skills

Good to Have

  1. Experience with live streaming platforms (e.g., Tango, Bigo Live, TikTok Live, etc.)
  2. Experience working with creator agencies or influencer ecosystems
  3. Familiarity with virtual gifting / digital economies
