Experience

• 10–20 years Armed Forces experience
• Rank: Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Squadron Leader, Wing Commander (retired)
• Operations, administration, logistics, project management background preferred

Salary Range

• ₹12–15 LPA: Major / Squadron Leader level
• ₹15–20 LPA: Lt Colonel / Wing Commander level

✅ Team leadership and performance monitoring

✅ Government and corporate liaison

✅ Project execution and expansion planning

✅ SOP implementation and compliance

✅ Vendor and partner management

✅ Risk management and administration

✅ Monthly MIS and business reporting

For Bharat Group / Biofuel Business

Additional responsibilities:

• Ethanol, biofuel, dealership and franchise operations monitoring
• Coordination with government departments and industry stakeholders
• New state expansion planning
• Dealer network development
• Conference and industry representation

Delhi NCR (Travel Across India)
