Job Description

Role Summary:

Lead the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation using the O9 APS platform to drive agility, alignment, and efficiency across ATLs supply chain. This role will connect business processes with digital capabilities to unlock value, enhance visibility, and enable world-class planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement end-to-end IBP strategy using digital platforms (O9 APS).
Partner across functions (Planning, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, IT) to align business needs with system capabilities.
Ensure global standardization and effective adoption of planning processes (S&OE, S&OP, AOP).
Bridge gaps between process design and tech implementation; ensure integration with systems like S4 HANA.
Enable value realization through real-time visibility, analytics, and decision flow frameworks.

Ideal Profile:

10+ years of experience in supply chain transformation and digital planning tools (O9/Blue Yonder).
Strong in demand/supply planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Comfortable with ambiguity, change management, and large-scale program delivery.
MBA/Master's preferred; prior experience in manufacturing or complex global operations is a plus.
