Business Head- LAP (Small Ticket)

Key Deliverables:

1. Launch and scale small-ticket LAP business across 25–30 cities
2. Drive GTM strategy and channel expansion including DSAs and digital avenues
3. Own P&L and ensure risk-adjusted portfolio performance
4. Build and implement risk, credit, and underwriting frameworks for informal borrowers

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end LAP business operations across cross-functional teams
2. Manage sourcing, channel governance, and co-lending partnerships
3. Optimize credit processes to improve TAT, approvals, and customer experience
4. Represent LAP strategy in leadership forums and align with CXOs
