About the role

In this role, you'll be responsible for the development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Operating Plan. You thrive on making performance more efficient and scalable by working closely with the Business team in setting up cost metrics, develop a risk management framework. If you have a knack for analytics and relevant experience with NBFC, Bank, or in a Financial service organization then reach out to us for further process.

What You will do

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue and expenses.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance.
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Operating Plans.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Work on quarterly and monthly financial reports.
• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies, support business teams in setting up cost metrics, develop a risk management framework to closely monitor and manage loan cycles, default rates, etc.
• Partner with Business teams to frame commercial negotiation strategies.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
• Support Senior Management Team and Department head with in-depth analysis.

What you will need

• CA/ MBA (Tier 1) with at least 4-6 years of experience.
• Deep understanding of Banks/ NBFCs business drivers and P&L persona.
• Experience with Banks, NBFCs, Financial service companies.
