Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Outreach Manager / Business Development Manager to join our team in Pasodara, Surat. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the education sector and a strong ability to build partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions. This role involves developing strategic relationships, promoting educational programs, and supporting student admissions through outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote the organization's programs and services.
- Plan and execute outreach activities, seminars, workshops, and awareness programs to attract prospective students.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the education ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to drive student enrollment and brand visibility.
- Conduct presentations and counseling sessions for students, parents, and institutional representatives.
- Track outreach activities, partnerships, and leads to achieve admission and business targets.
- Maintain a database of partner institutions and regularly follow up for collaboration opportunities.
- Represent the organization at education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Education / EdTech / School / Institute sector
- Experience in business development, outreach, admissions, or institutional sales within education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Candidates must be based in Surat or nearby areas
