This is a full-time, on-site Business Development role located in Jaipur. The Business Development professional will focus on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals. The individual will research market trends, generate leads, negotiate contracts, and work towards achieving sales targets. The role will require attending meetings, delivering presentations, and representing the company at industry events to expand the network and build awareness about SwilERP solutions.

• Proven skills in sales and client acquisition, with experience in lead generation and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and maintain strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of business development processes, including strategic planning and market research.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in ERP or software solutions is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of the retail and distribution industry will be considered a plus.
