Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Jaipur. The role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads. The individual will work closely with clients to build relationships, address their needs, and ensure satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also include developing strategies for customer acquisition and retention, presenting findings to stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to align business goals with market demands.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for market research, lead assessment, and data interpretation
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and align business objectives with customer needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in using MS Office
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets
