Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our
Sales & Marketing team. You will be responsible for
promoting and selling our smart home automation products, building strong relationships with channel partners, and supporting marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers individual homeowners, builders, architects, and system integrators
- Demonstrate and explain product features (IoT switches, controllers, app integration, etc.)
- Generate and follow up on leads from exhibitions, referrals, social media, and partner networks
- Prepare and present customized proposals based on customer needs
- Close sales and ensure smooth installation coordination with the tech team
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demos, webinars, and events with partners (builders, interior designers)
- Manage digital marketing activities (in coordination with the team) SEO, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
- Generate engaging content for product brochures, social media, and email marketing
- Gather and analyze market trends and competitor data
- Build brand awareness in assigned territories
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 12 years experience in sales/marketing (IoT, electronics, real estate, or home automation preferred)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Interest in smart technologies and consumer electronics
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools , and basic social media marketing
- Fluent in English and local language
