Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting outreach campaigns, and promoting our SEO and digital marketing services to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other lead-generation channels.

Identify and connect with decision-makers, business owners, and marketing managers.

Promote and sell digital marketing services, including:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Local SEO
  • PPC Advertising
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Content Marketing
  • Website Development & Optimization

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to create customized proposals.

Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
