Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Sales Manager to lead luxury property sales in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-value transactions, strong client relationships, and a deep understanding of the Gurgaon property landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of luxury residential and commercial properties across Gurgaon (DLF, Golf Course Road, New Gurgaon, etc.)
Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, NRIs, investors, and corporate clients.
Conduct site visits, manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, market trends, competitor offerings, and legal documentation.
Handle client negotiations and ensure premium customer experience.
Liaise with developers, architects, and channel partners to stay updated on project details.
Manage a team of sales executives (optional based on role level).
Represent the company at high-end property expos and networking events.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1 years of experience in luxury or premium real estate sales or high ticket sales in any domain in Gurgaon.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Existing client base of HNIs and investors is a strong advantage.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Bachelor's degree or higher (MBA preferred).
Should own a vehicle and be willing to travel within NCR.
