About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a proven track record in

international sales and revenue generation. This is a target-driven role responsible for acquiring new clients,

managing the complete sales cycle, and consistently achieving monthly revenue goals across the USA, UK,

and Australian markets.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling digital marketing, web development, technology, or agency

services and possess a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem. Beyond sales skills, the candidate

should be capable of identifying client challenges, recommending suitable solutions, and positioning Mavlers

as a strategic growth partner.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation & Sales Ownership

  • Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound enquiries, referrals,

and strategic outreach.

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities across international markets.
  • Drive opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Consistently exceed sales and revenue objectives.

Client Acquisition & Consultative Selling


  • Engage decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Directors, Agency Owners,

and Business Leaders.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, challenges, and business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities across digital marketing, web development, marketing automation, creative,

and technology services.

  • Present tailored solutions that align with client objectives and business outcomes.
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and commercial recommendations.

Deal Management & Closure

  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Handle objections and navigate complex buying decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning solutions and proposals.
  • Maintain momentum throughout the sales process to maximize conversion rates and deal closures.

Strategic Business Development

  • Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and target accounts.
  • Develop relationships with agencies, brands, and enterprise prospects.
  • Build long-term client relationships that contribute to recurring revenue growth.
  • Represent Mavlers in virtual meetings, networking opportunities, webinars, and industry events.

CRM & Reporting


  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity records.
  • Track opportunity progress and revenue projections within CRM systems.
  • Share market intelligence and client feedback with internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling digital marketing services, web development, marketing automation, creative

services, technology solutions, or agency services.

  • Strong experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Experience selling to clients in the USA, UK, and/or Australian markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling capabilities.

Marketing & Technology Knowledge


  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Email

Marketing, Marketing Automation, Analytics, and Conversion Optimization.

  • Working knowledge of website technologies including WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, custom

web development, website maintenance, and UX best practices.

  • Ability to understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate marketing or technology

solutions.

  • Comfortable discussing both marketing and web-related requirements with prospects before involving

technical subject matter experts.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with a digital agency, marketing agency, IT services company, or SaaS

organization.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools.
  • Experience selling white-label services or outsourced delivery solutions.
