About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and growth-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client portfolio and drive revenue growth for our DOOH advertising business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, managing key accounts, and building strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and enterprises. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in B2B sales, media sales, advertising sales, or corporate sales who thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
  • Acquire new B2B clients including brands, corporates, agencies, startups, and retail businesses.
  • Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable DOOH advertising solutions.
  • Pitch digital billboard advertising, outdoor media solutions, and integrated campaign opportunities to prospective clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, media plans, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records while providing regular reports and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on market trends, advertising technologies, media buying, and the evolving DOOH ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Corporate Sales, or Account Management.
  • Experience in the Advertising, Media, AdTech, Marketing, or Digital Solutions industry will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Business Development, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Corporate Sales, and Revenue Growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage the complete sales funnel and close deals.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM is preferred.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
