Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist with experience in SaaS/Software Sales to drive business growth in the US market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach activities, scheduling product demonstrations, and supporting the complete sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and engage with decision-makers across target organizations.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM platforms.
- Perform market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth customer handover.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Analyze outreach performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
Required Skills:
- Experience in SaaS Sales, Software Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Strong Communication skills for presenting the demo US Clients
- Strong knowledge of lead generation and outbound sales strategies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar prospecting platforms.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or equivalent.
- Strong cold calling, email outreach, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and present appropriate solutions.
- Experience working with US or international clients is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Prior experience in the SaaS or technology industry is highly preferred.
- Self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
