About The Team Ex

The Team Ex, a part of Unified Sports Management Services Private Limited, is India's most innovative team-building company, delivering gamified learning and engagement experiences to corporates, educational institutions, and social events.

Role Overview

You will drive sales for the division, build and manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets through strategic outreach and conversions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in target-oriented environments, enjoys building client relationships, and is passionate about delivering creative, experiential solutions..

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Lead Management (Inbound)

  • Respond to website, email, and referral inquiries
  • Conduct discovery calls with HR, L&D, and leadership teams
  • Understand company objectives (engagement, leadership, culture, offsites, etc.)
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline

2. Outbound Business Development

  • Identify target corporate accounts (HR heads, L&D managers, CXOs)
  • Cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Build prospect lists and maintain CRM hygiene

3. Consultative Selling

  • Position experiential learning solutions strategically (not just team activities)
  • Prepare proposals in consultation with the internal experience team
  • Follow up and closing deals (if assigned)

4. Pipeline & Revenue Ownership

  • Maintain CRM
  • Track KPIs:

-Leads generated

-Meetings booked

-Conversion rate

-Revenue closed

-Provide weekly sales reports

5. Relationship Building

  • Develop long-term relationships with HR and L&D stakeholders
  • Upsell repeat programs
  • Encourage referrals

What We're Looking For:

-Excellent verbal & written communication.

-Strong background in sales, events, HR, L&D, or hospitality.

-Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

-Leadership skills - ability to motivate and guide young teams.

-Confident public speaker and facilitator.

-Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

-High energy, ownership, and willingness to work at events (including weekends)
