You will drive sales for the division, build and manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets through strategic outreach and conversions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Lead Management (Inbound)
2. Outbound Business Development
3. Consultative Selling
4. Pipeline & Revenue Ownership
-Leads generated
-Meetings booked
-Conversion rate
-Revenue closed
-Provide weekly sales reports
5. Relationship Building
What We're Looking For:
-Excellent verbal & written communication.
-Strong background in sales, events, HR, L&D, or hospitality.
-Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Leadership skills - ability to motivate and guide young teams.
-Confident public speaker and facilitator.
-Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
-High energy, ownership, and willingness to work at events (including weekends)
