About the Role:
We are seeking a driven fresher willing to kickstart as a Business Development Specialist to lead consultative selling of our specialized personality development program. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, understanding their concerns, guiding them through our offerings, and converting them into satisfied program participants.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with leads through Zoom consultations to understand their personality concerns.
● Conduct personalized consultations to recommend suitable program plans.
● Nurture leads through empathy-driven conversations and consistent follow-ups.
● Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets through effective consultative sales.
● Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools.
● Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
