Job Description

Location: Noida

Type: Full-time

What you will do

  • Identify and onboard vendors across baby & kids categories: toys & games, baby care, baby gear, kids fashion, and more.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline + vendor database (lead tracking, follow-ups, closures).
  • Pitch Snooplay's quick-delivery model, lead negotiations, and close onboarding.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiation onboarding go-live.
  • Build long-term relationships with onboarded brands and drive ongoing engagement + satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (ops, catalog, marketing, tech) to solve vendor issues and ensure a smooth experience.

What you will need

  • High energy, self-driven, and proactive approach to BD + account management.
  • Strong communication skills and persistence to drive closures.
  • Graduation required (minimum).
  • Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory).
  • Comfortable following structured communication processes and reporting cadence.
  • 1+ year experience in BD / sales / account management preferred.
