What you will do
- Identify and onboard vendors across baby & kids categories: toys & games, baby care, baby gear, kids fashion, and more.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline + vendor database (lead tracking, follow-ups, closures).
- Pitch Snooplay's quick-delivery model, lead negotiations, and close onboarding.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiation onboarding go-live.
- Build long-term relationships with onboarded brands and drive ongoing engagement + satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (ops, catalog, marketing, tech) to solve vendor issues and ensure a smooth experience.
What you will need
- High energy, self-driven, and proactive approach to BD + account management.
- Strong communication skills and persistence to drive closures.
- Graduation required (minimum).
- Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Comfortable following structured communication processes and reporting cadence.
- 1+ year experience in BD / sales / account management preferred.
