Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new brand clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with marketing teams, and promoting influencer marketing solutions.

The role focuses on identifying brands interested in influencer collaborations, pitching strategic campaign ideas, and successfully closing deals for influencer-led marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall growth of the agency through impactful partnerships. 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and market research
  • Research and reach out to potential clients across industries (fashion, beauty, tech, FMCG, lifestyle, etc.)
  • Pitch influencer marketing solutions including influencer marketing campaigns, Productions, collaborations, and content strategies
  • Understand client marketing goals and propose customized influencer strategies
  • Negotiate budgets, deliverables, and influencer marketing campaign terms with clients
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage CRM records
  • Meet monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2 years + of experience in business development, sales, or influencer/digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with brand decision – makers
  • Experience in lead generation and closing deals
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer analytics
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients
