We are looking for a motivated, organized, and growth-driven Business Development Manager who can help us acquire and develop new clients in the D2C and e-commerce ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, digital growth strategies, and the D2C landscape. You will be responsible for building relationships with founders and marketing heads, identifying growth opportunities, and closing high-value partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with D2C founders, marketing heads, and decision makers
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and partners
- Proactively identify new business opportunities in the e-commerce and D2C ecosystem
- Understand client challenges and recommend performance marketing solutions
- Work closely with the marketing team to present growth strategies and proposals
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, D2C brands, and digital marketing strategies
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong understanding of D2C brands, e-commerce, and performance marketing
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital growth strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
