The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join Unthinkable Solutions and drive growth for Roascraft, our D2C-focused sales and revenue enablement solution. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging D2C brands, understanding their growth challenges, and positioning Roascraft as a solution to scale their sales and revenue performance.

What You'll Do
- Research and identify D2C and e-commerce brands across categories (fashion, beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, etc.).
- Analyze market trends, brand growth stages, competitors, and revenue models.
- Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified leads.
- Engage with founders, CXOs, and sales/marketing heads of D2C brands.
- Clearly probe client pain points around sales, revenue growth, and conversions.
- Confidently handle initial queries and objections related to Roascraft.
- Schedule demos and meetings for the sales leadership team.
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and deal status.
- Collaborate with internal teams on pitches, proposals, and sales strategies.
- Track outreach performance and share insights from the D2C market.
Who Will Be a Good Fit
- Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce, SaaS, or agency sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Curious about how D2C brands scale sales and revenue.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, D2C tech stack, and online sales funnels is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic sales analytics.
