Rouging Solutions Pvt Ltd is an NSF-registered specialty chemical supplier in India, partnering with renowned international manufacturers, including Stellar Solutions (USA) and TEC Industries (France). We provide industry-compliant cleaning, passivation, and de-rouging solutions for the food, pharmaceutical, and dairy sectors, adhering to ASTM, FDA, OSHA, and other global standards. Additionally, we are also offering pre and Post inspection in utility and manufacturing plant with Mechanical polishing and electro polishing compliance with US FDA, EU and other global standard.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad as well as in Hyderabad, Vizag and banglore for a Business Development Specialist. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth and ensuring excellent customer service to maintain long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to identify market trends and evaluate business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to drive new client acquisition and identify growth areas
• Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in technical or Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical, or food industry is advantageous
