Rooster Tale is looking for a driven and well-connected Freelance Business Development Manager to help scale our events and creative services vertical.

This role is ideal for someone who already has strong brand or agency relationships and understands how to sell large-scale events, branded content, and creative production solutions.

This is a performance-driven opportunity with high earning potential.

• Identify and approach potential brand and agency clients
• Generate qualified leads for events, experiential campaigns, and creative production projects
• Set up and lead initial client meetings
• Work with internal creative teams to build proposals and pitches
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline

• Commission-based structure (attractive % per project closed)
