Role Overview

We are looking for Business Development Specialists on a freelance or flexible engagement model to support our growth across geographies. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about AI, HR technology, and staffing solutions, who enjoy building client relationships and driving new business opportunities.

You will represent ProSapiens HR and ANN within your network or region, identify potential clients, and support client acquisition through a performance-driven model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients, including recruitment agencies, HR leaders, startups, and enterprises
  • Present and explain ProSapiens HR services and ANN's AI-driven recruitment capabilities through virtual discussions or demos
  • Generate, nurture, and convert leads into business opportunities
  • Work closely with the core team on sales strategy and market expansion
  • Maintain ongoing client engagement and relationship management

Ideal Profile

  • Experience in HR Staffing, HR Consulting, B2B SaaS, HR Tech, ATS, or recruitment solution sales
  • Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in remote working
  • Prior exposure to recruitment or talent solutions is a strong advantage

Engagement Model

  • Flexible working hours Remote / Work From Anywhere
  • Commission-based with performance-linked incentives
  • Preferred is Full time / On-site
