Business Development & Outreach Executive (Immediate Joining)

Odd Not Even - B2B Merchandise Division

Odd Not Even is a design-led apparel and merchandise brand that helps startups, agencies, creator companies, restaurants, and modern brands create merch people actually want to wear.

We're looking for someone to help us grow our B2B business through research, relationship-building, and outbound outreach.

What You'll Do:

  • Research brands and identify potential opportunities
  • Build lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn, Instagram, and AI tools
  • Reach out to decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
  • Manage conversations and follow-ups
  • Generate qualified meetings and partnership opportunities

What Matters Most

We are NOT looking for someone who can simply send hundreds of emails.

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Understand businesses and industries
  • Identify why a company may need merchandise
  • Think logically about opportunities
  • Build genuine relationships
  • Communicate clearly and confidently

The most important skill for this role is the ability to understand the person on the other side and create meaningful conversations.

Experience is welcome, but exceptional communication skills, curiosity, and strong business understanding matter more.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • High ownership and self-motivation
  • Comfort with outreach and relationship-building
  • Interest in brands, startups, marketing, and culture

Compensation:

Fixed salary + performance incentives.
