Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls, LinkedIn outreach and email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads. Identify and research potential clients in US and EMEA markets.
  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into scheduled meetings for the sales team.
  • Clearly articulate the company's value proposition to decision- makers.
  • Draft compelling email campaigns, follow-ups, and outreach sequences.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to retain and expand business opportunities
  • Coordinate with senior sales members to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

Required Skills & Competencies :

1-2 years of proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation or Inside Sales.

Strong experience in international cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and outbound email marketing.

Proven track record of lead generation and meeting targets.

Experience working across shifts (US, UK, and APAC markets).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho.)

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 1-2 years of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
