Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Strategically scrap and build highly targeted lead lists from online sources, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, and industry directories.
- Outreach Execution: Design and execute cold outreach campaigns (both cold calling and high-converting cold emails) to discover and pitch to prospective clients.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify incoming and outbound leads, set up strategic meetings, and guide prospects smoothly through the sales pipeline.
- Deal Closing: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including independent pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and final closures.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in the CRM and report weekly on key conversion metrics.
What We Are Looking For- Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally within a B2B service setting or a marketing agency.
- Outreach Track Record: Proven, quantifiable experience running successful cold calling and cold emailing campaigns (be prepared to share your conversion metrics).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in prospecting and lead-scraping tools such as Excel, Hunter, Snov.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Closing Capability: Demonstrated ability to manage negotiation, pricing structures, and contracts independently.
- Core Traits: Exceptional communication skills, high self-motivation, and a resilient mindset comfortable with the fast-paced nature of sales outreach.
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:- Prior experience selling marketing services (SEO, content creation, social media management, paid ads, branding).
- An active professional network within startups, e-commerce companies, or small businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM infrastructure (HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, etc.).
