The role
This is a cold-calling role at its core, and we mean calling done well.
Not blind dialing down a list. You'll study the client's product, learn their ideal customer profiles, and research each prospect before you pick up the phone. The goal of every call is a real connection that earns a meeting, not a pitch sprayed at whoever answers. If you treat the phone as a research-led conversation rather than a numbers game, you'll do well here.
What you'll own
- Booking sales-qualified meetings for Thyleads clients across India
- Researching accounts and prospects before every outreach touch
- Writing B2B messaging for outreach campaigns
- Reaching prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and email with personalized outreach
- Handling responses, working through objections, and following up with discipline
- Working alongside the client's sales and marketing teams
- Joining weekly client calls
What you bring
- At least 2 years in B2B sales or business development, with real cold-calling experience
- A track record of selling B2B and a feel for what moves a buyer
- Strong spoken and written English
- Comfort working solo and inside a team
- Self-direction and ownership when problems show up
- A genuine talent for building rapport with different kinds of people
- A growth mindset and appetite for feedback
- Energy in a transparent, fast-moving environment
