Business Development Specialist

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting customer service efforts. Day-to-day tasks also involve analyzing data to identify trends and providing insights that will drive strategic decision-making to achieve business growth targets.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategic business decisions
• Excellent Communication skills for building client relationships and collaborating with team members
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and expand the customer base
• Proficiency in Customer Service to address client needs effectively and enhance their overall experience
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is a plus
