Role Description

The Business Development Specialist will focus on driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram. The role includes engaging with potential clients, developing lasting partnerships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Providing exceptional customer service and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions will also be key components of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end business development across International Markets.
  • Lead inside sales efforts including cold calling, outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Build, qualify, and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-quality discovery conversations with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
  • Position and sell IT services including website development, product engineering, dedicated engineering teams, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Lead proposal discussions, solution presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Deliver consistent revenue growth aligned with business targets.
  • Collaborate with delivery and leadership teams to ensure smooth project transition and long-term client retention.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and strategic input for International market expansion.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience in IT Services / Engineering Services Sales.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end IT sales (lead generation to closure).
  • Demonstrated success in selling to International clients.
  • Strong experience in inside sales, outbound lead generation, and cold calling.
  • Track record of independently closing high-value IT service deals.
  • Excellent communication skills suited for International business conversations.
  • Immediate joiner or short notice period.
