We are expanding and looking for a Business Development Associate who can support our growth by generating qualified leads, engaging with prospects, and helping drive consistent revenue. In this role, you will be responsible for outreach, nurturing potential clients, and booking high-quality appointments for the sales team while maintaining strong communication and professionalism throughout the process.
Role Summary
The Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, conducting sales calls, and converting prospects into clients. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to outreach, and the ability to understand customer needs. The BDA will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle-from initial contact to closing-while maintaining accurate records in the CRM and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Outreach
Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential clients.
Generate qualified leads and book high-quality appointments for the sales team.
Maintain a smooth and consistent follow-up process to maximize conversions.
Keep CRM updated with accurate lead details, call notes, and pipeline status.
Prospect Qualification & Collaboration
Understand customer needs and identify whether they are the right fit for our programs/services.
Collaborate with the sales closers to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Share feedback with leadership to refine scripts, outreach strategies, and funnel stages.
Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality and engagement.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports for outreach, lead status, and appointment metrics.
Track personal performance and highlight insights to improve conversion rates.
Ensure timely follow-ups, clean CRM entries, and updated lead pipelines.
Key Requirements
Experience: 1-6 years in sales
Background Preference: EdTech, coaching, or high-ticket services.
Performance: Must have a strong record of hitting monthly numbers.
Skills Needed:
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
Analytical and data-focused mindset.
Confidence in objection handling
