We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to connect with Indian companies that export cargo to the USA. The role will focus on lead generation, prospecting, client acquisition, and setting up face-to-face meetings with potential customers.

• Identify and generate leads from Indian exporters, manufacturers, and businesses shipping cargo to the USA.
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other lead-generation activities.
• Understand prospects export and logistics requirements.
• Qualify potential customers and schedule face-to-face meetings.
• Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM and sales records.
• Achieve assigned lead-generation and meeting targets.

• 1.5–2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Export Sales, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or International Business.
• Candidates with experience in export companies will be preferred.
• Good understanding of export processes and international cargo movement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Experience in lead generation and cold calling.
• Confident in dealing with business owners and decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
